• Recent Physical Fitness Certificate copy from govt Hospital.
• Character Certificate from Gazetted Officer
• 2 passport size photos and should be Attached to the Application 
• Attach Rs.20 post stamp with self Address on 4*9 size envelop
• Candidates can be Selected Merit List
